Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify:

  • The item must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • The item must not have been used, assembled, or altered.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or modified products
  • Items labeled as final sale or non-refundable
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling
  • Gift cards or downloadable software

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@elysiumbike.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If eligible, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item
    Place the item in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Ship the Item
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item within 7 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please include:

  • Photos of the damage
  • All packaging materials

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@elysiumbike.com. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.


8. Restocking Fees

Elysium Bike does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our standards, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.


9. Warranty Claims

Our products include a limited warranty. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please see our Warranty Policy for information on submitting a claim.
